Booking & Cancellation Policy

Desert Divas & Dons Medi Spa's goal is to provide quality care to all our patients and clientele in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.


How To Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment please call us at 250-936-9200 between the hours of 8am-6pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.


Late Cancellations/No-Shows
 

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. There is a $75 cancellation fee if you do not cancel within 48 hours. If you don’t show up (no-show) to the appointment without cancelling, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.
 

For new patients’ first appointments, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee. Patients will not be allowed to rebook until the fee is paid in full within 30 days upon if the amount is not paid in 30 days it will be sent to collections.

Booking Policy

A minimum $75 deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits on consultations will be credited toward your first appointment when booked within 30 days of the consult. If during your consultation with Anastaszia it is deemed you are not medically fit for one of our treatments, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Provide a minimum of 48 hours notice when rescheduling appointments. If the change is due to medical reasons, re-book no sooner than 2 weeks after the date of your medical visit.

Note: Any Cancelled or No-show Appointments Will Forfeit Their Deposit

Refund Policy

GIFT CARDS
All gift cards, gift certificate, and service purchases are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Desert Divas & Dons Medi Spa will be void. All funds are in Canadian dollars.

SALES
All sales on services and packages are final. In some instances an in house credit may be applied
that are non-transferable.
